ДИВЕРТИКУЛЫ И ВРОЖДЕННЫЕ АНЕВРИЗМЫ ЛЕВОГО ЖЕЛУДОЧКА: АНАТОМИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ, ПАТОФИЗИОЛОГИЯ, КЛИНИЧЕСКАЯ КАРТИНА И ТАКТИКА ЛЕЧЕНИЯ

Дивертикулы и врожденные аневризмы левого желудочка - редкая аномалия в спектре врожденных пороков сердца. Хотя естественное течение двух видов данного порока существенно различается и характеризуется разной частотой развития неблагоприятных исходов, схожесть клинических проявлений и диагностических критериев не позволяет дифференцировать данные пороки при обычном обследовании больных. Представленная работа рассматривает актуальные вопросы этиологии, патофизиологии и современные тактики ведения больных с дивертикулом и врожденными аневризмами левого желудочка.
