Аннотация

В обзорной статье представлены современные данные по проблеме синдрома такоцубо; авторами затронуты основные вопросы эпидемиологии, клинической картины, общие патофизиологические механизмы развития заболевания. Рассмотрены вопросы диагностики, основные принципы терапии, а также возможные осложнения и исходы. Представлен диагностический алгоритм, а также обновленные международные диагностические критерии синдрома такоцубо InterTak согласно экспертному документу Европейского общества кардиологов, опубликованному в 2018 году.
