Вопросы антитромботической терапии у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий, перенесших ОКС
Аннотация
В обзорной статье проанализированы современные представления о распространенности и клинической значимости фибрилляции предсердий у пациентов, перенесших острый коронарный синдром, описаны существующие подходы к назначению антитромботической терапии, отражены имеющиеся клинические исследования по применению варфарина и новых пероральных антикоагулянтов в составе комбинированной антитромботической терапии у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий и острым коронарным синдромом.
