Основные предикторы тромбоза стента у пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом после чрескожного коронарного вмешательства на фоне различной двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии

В обзоре анализируются литературные источники, с разных сторон освещающие проблемы тромбоза стента, его основные предикторы, у пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом после чрескожного коронарного вмешательства. Освещаются вопросы сравнительной эффективности и безопасности тикагрелора и клопидогрела, а также влияния двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии на тромбоз стента. Затрагивается проблема приверженности пациентов к двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии. Необходимость такой комплексной оценки обусловлена тем, что несмотря на все усилия, включающие расширение как технических, так и терапевтических возможностей, проблема тромбоза стента остается актуальной.
