Госпитальный инфаркт миокарда: масштабы проблемы

Аннотация

В зависимости от места и обстоятельств развития все случаи инфаркта миокарда можно разделить на внебольничные и внутрибольничные (госпитальные). В обзорной статье рассмотрена проблема госпитального инфаркта миокарда. Особое внимание уделено особенностям его клинических проявлений, масштабам клинической проблемы. Изложены возможные причины трудностей в диагностике и лечении этого состояния по сравнению с пациентами с внебольничным инфарктом миокарда.
