Фармакоинвазивный подход к лечению острого инфаркта миокарда с подъемом сегмента ST

Аннотация

В статье представлены основные данные о фармакоинвазивном подходе при остром инфаркте миокарда с подъемом сегмента ST. Современные рекомендации отдают предпочтение первичному чрескожному коронарному вмешательству, однако как в Российской Федерации, так и за рубежом есть ряд особенностей (логистические проблемы, особенности оснащения медицинских учреждений), которые нередко препятствуют возможности своевременного выполнения эндоваскулярного лечения. В таких случаях тромболитическая терапия, впоследствии дополненная чрескожным коронарным вмешательством, может оказаться наиболее эффективной стратегией, цель которой – максимально раннее восстановление коронарной перфузии. В статье рассмотрены результаты основных исследований такого подхода, а также данные о применении тромболитической терапии отечественным препаратом третьего поколения рекомбинантная проурокиназа.
