Трепетание предсердий: современное состояние проблемы с клинических позиций

Аннотация

В обзоре изложены современные представления об этиологии и распространенности трепетания предсердий (ТП), механизме и субстрате аритмогенеза, принципах клинической и электрофизиологической классификации данной аритмии. Подробно описываются методы консервативного и хирургического лечения при ТП, в том числе в сравнительном аспекте. Приводятся последние данные об эффективности и потенциальной опасности тех или иных способов купирования аритмии. Обозначена необходимость ранней диагностики и строгого контроля синусового ритма при ТП как потенциальной возможности повышения успешности интервенционного вмешательства с целью не только полного излечения от имеющейся аритмии, но и профилактики иных нарушений ритма, в первую очередь фибрилляции предсердий.
