Ультразвуковое исследование легких: новые возможности для кардиолога

Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящен ультразвуковому исследованию (УЗИ) легких, которое является полезным дополнением к трансторакальной эхокардиографии (ЭхоКГ) и по диагностической ценности превосходит рентгенографию органов грудной клетки. Акустическое легочное окно остается всегда открытым и в большинстве случаев позволяет получить изображения высокого качества. Для кардиолога основные точки приложения метода – это определение плеврального выпота и легочного застоя. Метод обладает рядом преимуществ: не занимает много времени, имеет низкую стоимость, портативность и доступность, возможность обследования в режиме реального времени, отсутствие радиации, хорошую воспроизводимость и высокую информативность. Обнаружение «влажных» легких при УЗИ легких свидетельствует об угрожающей острой декомпенсации сердца еще задолго до появления клинических, аускультативных и рентгенологических признаков легочного застоя. Современная ЭхоКГ должна включать обследование сердца и легких в рамках одного интегрированного УЗИ.
