Аннотация

В настоящем обзоре литературы представлена полная современная информация по применению стресс-эхокардиографии при ишемической болезни сердца с учетом патофизиологических звеньев ишемии, методов диагностики, выбора вида исследования, преимуществ и недостатков различных видов стресс-тестов, механизмов их действия. В статье подробно описана методика проведения исследования, показания, противопоказания, его диагностическая и прогностическая ценность. Кроме того, описаны отдельные группы пациентов с особенностями проведения теста и интерпретации его результатов. В работе собраны все необходимые сведения по данному исследованию. Статья будет полезна для терапевтов, кардиологов, врачей функциональной диагностики, интервенционных кардиологов, рентгенэндоваскулярных специалистов и кардиохирургов.
