Современные стратегии кардиореабилитации после инфаркта миокарда и чрескожного коронарного вмешательства

Аннотация

Современная кардиореабилитация осуществляется как структурированная, многокомпонентная программа, которая включает в себя физическую активность, обучение больного, изменение его поведения в отношении здоровья, психологическую и социальную поддержку. В странах Европейского союза только 44,8% пациентам с ишемической болезнью рекомендуют участвовать в любой форме реабилитации, и только 36,5% всех пациентов в настоящее время имеют доступ к любой реабилитационной программе. Систематический анализ программ профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и реабилитации у больных, перенесших инфаркт миокарда и чрезкожное коронарное вмешательство показывает, что комплексные программы, включающие ключевые компоненты кардиореабилитации, регулирующие шесть или более факторов риска и эффективно контролирующие лекарственную терапию, по-прежнему снижают общую и сердечно-сосудистую смертность, частоту повторного инфаркта миокарда и инсульта.
