Компрессия ствола левой коронарной артерии аневризмой ствола легочной артерии у пациентов с длительно существующей легочной артериальной гипертензией

Аннотация

Настоящий литературный обзор посвящен такому редкому осложнению легочной артериальной гипертензии, как экстравазальная компрессия левой коронарной артерии расширенной легочной артерией. В статье описаны клинические проявления и методы диагностики компрессии левой коронарной артерии, а также преимущества эндоваскулярного метода коррекции этого осложнения у пациентов с легочной гипертензией. Приведено обоснование выбора устройства, имплантируемого при эндоваскулярном вмешательстве, с учетом сопутствующей терапии оральными антикоагулянтами у этих пациентов. В качестве иллюстрации обсуждаемой проблемы приведен клинический случай развития ОКС у пациентки из регистра больных легочной артериальной гипертензией ФГБУ «НМИЦ им. В. А. Алмазова».
