Особенности профилактического консультирования больных ИБС с абдоминальным ожирением

Аннотация
Больные ИБС с абдоминальным ожирением (АО) являются приоритетной группой для наиболее активного проведения мероприятий по вторичной профилактике. Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам коррекции кардиоваскулярных ФР с применением комплексных профилактических программ кардиореабилитации (КР) у больных ИБС с АО. Согласно результатам крупных рандомизированных клинических исследований интенсивные поведенческие вмешательства в виде консультирования, особенно на этапе долгосрочной поддержки, эффективны у этой категории больных, они производят пусть небольшие, но важные изменения поведения в отношении здоровья (в снижении массы тела, в отношении питания и физической активности), а также улучшают отдельные промежуточные клинические конечные точки.
