Дисфункция левого желудочка при гипертоническом сердце: современный взгляд на патогенез и лечение

Аннотация

В статье освещены основные механизмы развития дисфункции ЛЖ у больных с гипертоническим сердцем и представлены основные направления лечения СН с сохранной ФВ с учетом последних достижений в изучении ее патогенеза.
