Сердечная недостаточность с сохраненной фракцией выброса левого желудочка: эпидемиология, «портрет» больного, клиника, диагностика

Аннотация
Статья посвящена современным аспектам эпидемиологии, патогенеза, клинической картины и диагностики больных ХСН, протекающей на фоне сохраненной систолической функции ЛЖ. Представлены данные о широкой распространенности СН с сохраненной ФВ ЛЖ (СНсФВ ЛЖ) в популяции, составляющей более половины всех случаев ХСН. Показано, что группу риска развития СНсФВ ЛЖ составляют преимущественно женщины старшей возрастной группы, страдающие АГ) СД 2 типа, ожирением, фибрилляцией предсердий. В статье изложены алгоритмы диагностики СНсФВ ЛЖ, основанные на использовании классической и тканевой допплер-ЭхоКГ, а также определении натрийуретических пептидов.
