Острое влияние потребления энергетических напитков на функцию левого и правого желудочков - 2D-Speckle Tracking эхокардиографическое исследование

Аннотация
Цель Энергетические напитки (ЭН) содержат большое количество кофеина и таурина и связаны с рядом сердечно-сосудистых эффектов. Мы исследовали острое влияние потребления ЭН с низким содержанием кофеина и таурина на функцию левого желудочка (ЛЖ) и правого желудочка (ПЖ), оцениваемую с помощью обычной и двумерной эхокардиографии с технологией 2D-Speckle Tracking.
Материал и методы В этом перекрестном исследовании 34 здоровых взрослых в возрасте от 19 до 48 лет выпили ЭН, содержащий 53,25 мг кофеина, 284 мг таурина или равный объем контрольного напитка (КН) дважды, с интервалом между первым и вторым приемом равным 10 дням. Стандартную эхокардиографию и визуализацию с технологией 2D-Speckle Tracking выполняли до и через 60 минут после употребления исследуемых напитков.
Результаты По сравнению с КН, ЭН вызывал значительное увеличение систолической экскурсии в плоскости кольца трикуспидального клапана (p=0,04) и скорости систолической волны ПЖ (p=0,01) без влияния на глобальную продольную деформацию по сравнению с КН. Систолическая функция ЛЖ не изменилась, но ранняя диастолическая скорость митрального клапана по данным тканевой допплерографии (p=0,031) была значительно выше (p=0,031), а скорость ранней диастолической деформации, измеренная с помощью 2D-Sspeckle Tracking эхокардиографии, была значительно ниже (p=0,022).
Заключение Пониженное содержания кофеина и таурина в энергетическом напитке не влияет на систолическую функцию ЛЖ, но увеличивает продольную сократимость ПЖ и улучшает раннее диастолическое наполнение ЛЖ.
