Дистанционный мониторинг пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью в реальной клинической практике.

Аннотация

Распространенность хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН) неуклонно растет, что ассоциируется с увеличением частоты госпитализаций, заболеваемости и смертности пациентов. При этом увеличение частоты повторных госпитализаций приводит к увеличению экономических затрат и ухудшению качества жизни пациентов. С целью уменьшения незапланированных госпитализаций и снижения смертности необходимо улучшать амбулаторную помощь пациентам, что может быть достигнуто путем применения телемедицинских технологий. Целью обзора являлся сбор и анализ имеющихся на сегодня данных по применению технологии телемониторинга у пациентов с ХСН. Был проведен систематический поиск и анализ результатов исследований, опубликованных с 2010 по 2020 г., в базах данных Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed/MEDLINE.
