Синдром старческой астении как независимый предиктор неблагоприятного прогноза для пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены результаты клинических исследований, посвященных изучению синдрома старческой астении («хрупкости») и хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН). Освещены последние данные по распространенности «хрупкости» у пациентов с ХСН. Представлены особенности патофизиологических путей, лежащих в основе развития как синдрома старческой астении, так и ХСН; проанализирована роль «хрупкости» в прогрессировании и осложненном течении ХСН. Синдром старческой астении на фоне ХСН рассматривается как независимый предиктор неблагоприятного прогноза и высокой смертности в данной когорте пациентов. Сделан вывод о необходимости включения в клиническую практику методов оценки «хрупкости» у пациентов с ХСН с последующей стратификацией риска и выбором индивидуальной тактики ведения.
