Синдром такоцубо: значение эхокардиографии

Аннотация

В обзоре анализируются диагностические и прогностические возможности эхокардиографии (ЭхоКГ) у больных с синдромом такоцубо. Даны характеристики особенностей нарушений локальной сократимости ЛЖ и основных вариантов преходящих нарушений локальной сократимости при синдроме такоцубо. Подробно анализируются изменения показателей деформации левого и правого желудочков у больных с синдромом такоцубо в остром периоде и при динамическом наблюдении. Представлен спектр осложнений синдрома такоцубо, в выявлении которых ЭхоКГ играет ведущую роль. Анализируются состояния и эхокардиографические показатели, неблагоприятные для прогноза у больных с синдромом такоцубо.
