Возможности перфузионной компьютерной томографии миокарда в диагностике ишемической болезни сердца

Аннотация

Компьютерная томографическая ангиография (КТ-ангиография, КТА) позволяет неинвазивно визуализировать коронарные артерии (КА). Данный метод обладает высокой чувствительностью в отношении диагностики коронарного атеросклероза. Однако стандартная КТА не позволяет оценить гемодинамическую значимость выявленных стенозов КА. Для этого требуются дополнительные функциональные тесты, направленные на выявление ишемии миокарда. Данный обзор освещает возможности клинического применения, ограничения, технические аспекты и перспективы комбинации КТ-ангиографии и перфузионной компьютерной томографии миокарда в диагностике ишемической болезни сердца.
