Значение эхокардиографии у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией

Cтатья посвящена анализу значения эхокардиографии в оценке анатомо-функциональных измерений сердца у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией. Представлены современные эхокардиографические методы расчета массы миокарда левого желудочка (ЛЖ) и соответствующие рекомендованные нормативы. Обсуждаются варианты ремоделирования ЛЖ, значение функциональных показателей, характеризующих состояние систолической и диастолической функции сердца, показателей деформации ЛЖ в диагностике причин гипертрофии ЛЖ, а также в оценке прогноза развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.
